Opening Ceremonies

 

This year  we will not be holding  a parade to open the games.

Instead,  all are invited to an informal 'Meet & Greet'  on the Friday evening. You can rub elbows with the judges & your long lost agility buddies. This event will be held at the 'Train Station' which has a comfortable outside veranda and although we will not be serving a meal there will be snacks & a cash bar.  Things get rolling here at 6:00PM with the formal ceremonies at 7:00PM

. News Flash  -  Benching   We have managed to arrange an outdoor benching area on a first come basis.  Please ensure your tents are staked securely. This benching will not be monitored or controlled and will be at your own risk. Set up in this ring opens Thursday at 2PM

                                     Benching Guidelines

 

·       The benching area (K- Barn) will be open after 2:00 pm on Thursday August 5^th.

 

·       K- Barn is designated for competitors only and will be secured; only those with a

         competitor wrist band will be able to enter.

 

·       Volunteer dogs will bench in E Barn, this area will also be secured and

            volunteers will need to show their wrist band to enter.

 

·       When setting up your benching area please have a minimum of six dogs per

         stall.  This means you will have to share the space.

 

·       If you are using an x-pen we ask that there are two or more dogs being housed

            in the pen.

 

·       Both benching areas will have a security guard in place during the banquet.
